Wendy's - Bedford

I went to this place several times and although the food is hot and ordered, the service was not always very good. But during my last visit it seemed like I was in another place! The young man who took our order had an upbeat personality, he repeated my order and if he let me know that one of the items I ordered was not available, he gave other options to things he recommended I replace them. Some would say it's just Wendys, not a big deal. Good customer service goes a long way at any place where you spend your money. I would like to visit this place with this kind of service.

The exterior of the building is well maintained; no pots, parking spaces are marked, and no debris. As long as the line was, she moved pretty fast. My order was quickly taken and filled. The staff was friendly and efficient they were the quality here. I was not impressed by the quality of food; the bungalow was stale and chewing, almost hard. There was little taste I just tasted. Overall, while I would not call my meal quality, I feel I got what I paid for $5.00, but there was nothing biggie about it.

This visit was very good The food was good, it came fast. A girl at the front counter /register, Named Whitney was friendly, helpful and hit a product to Me that changed my order. Glad That was Yummy. If everyone had their attitude, the world would be a better place.

I say I slept on Wendy's breakfast. I was previously skeptical to try OMG, my taste buds lacked quality fast food breakfast. I have the sausage biscuit without cheese or egg with the seasoned potatoes and a strawberry limonade for drinking. The cookie just melts in the mouth and the sausage had a little sharp kick, it was like I went in my kitchen and made it. None of this tastes like other fast foods or restaurants I've gone. The seasoned potatoes are perfectly seasoned I didn't need ketchup it was great by myself. I definitely give it 10/10

Wait there's still a Wendy's open? Lol. Although the manager here is constantly training new young workers, he's still nice to the customers and I always hear his patience with the trainees. Bonus the food actually fresh each time I visit.
