Subway - Beaver Falls

Love comes here. Manager is always super friendly and understanding, the crew takes time with the sandwiches they make. You must be the busiest subway here thanks to Walmart, so I can understand when they are stressed. The food is great, has never been disappointed.

Very disappointed by the people there today. We usually have no problems with them in this place. I ordered my daughter's meal and everything she gave her was a sandwich, nothing else. I ordered a sweet onion chicken Teriyaki and told them what I wanted them to put banana peppers on it when I never said I wanted them. Hopefully the next time they can pay attention to the customers instead of conversations they had with their friends. The poor customer behind me waited almost 20 minutes before he took his job and gave it half for him. Just irritating.

The service was good, but the guy who worked the counter told the cashier that if she didn't use the baskets for dune, he would write them up. He said it while I was present, it was very embarrassing for the cashier and if he deserved attention I ordered 3 subparts for 2 people I took a house that would have given us the use of the bag. I felt really bad for the young woman and she looked like she was fighting tears. I was manager in hospitality and I know if you have a problem with an employee you treated it privately. I think this manager needs more training.

My husband just bought me a bacon egg cheese on Flatbread sandwich. It didn't taste very good. The bacon tasted awful, the salad was brown should never have been placed on the sandwich. That was my favorite sandwich, but it was terrible. I don't recommend this subway ride.

Absolutely terrible when I ordered the salad that I had ordered everyday for the past 2 weeks and I asked for the Italian sausage in it I was mocked and made fun of when I told them they gave me the wrong amount after eating my entire salad the owner came out and apologized about the amount but didn’t apologize for the mocking and making fun of a customer plus the place is disgusting I never see clean tables or clean floors please buy your stuff from a different subway the owner is terrible the staff is nice the place is dirty and they will mock you. Never coming here again
