El Paso Mexican Grill - Beaver Falls

Previous long-term customers, service sucks more. Waiting for 45 minutes for a pick-up order that we were told would be ready in 15 minutes, complete by the 2 hostesses that could not be harassed to put their phones down and finally missing home to cold foods and items from the order. Too many other options to play with this clown show.

Cold out. Waited 10 minutes in the lobby just wait for the server to get order, come home to eat, ice-cold...

I hate to exaggerate, so I gave it four stars, but I was very tempted to give it five. I love the food here, and I was in more expensive Mexican restaurants with great reputation, and not as happy as I am at El Paso.
