Joe's Bagels And Grill - Beachwood

Went in to order a few bagels. The women taking our order would take our order as we placed our order three times and then would walk away. Completely screwed up our order.

Bagels were great as usual but this is the second time requested well done breakfast potatoes. they were very greasy and ice

Wish I could give you guys 5 stars, but you get 2. Extra star because the food is atleast decent. Quickly overshadowed by the rude stuff and weekly order mess ups. Shame since it’s so close I wish the staff would atleast try to be personable and read the tickets for the food they are making.
