583 Bistro - Bay Village

We really enjoy this place. service is great and so is eating. can't understand why no one is there.

Our dinner at 583 bistro was a pleasant surprise. the inconceivable outer gave a way to a delicious meal with excellent service. from the reduced happy hour drinks to the hummus with naan, freshly made salads and rees of homemade pasta, which delight my palate with taste and perfectly sawed scallops, it was a pleasant evening and russ was the perfect host and guide through our meal! my highest compliments!

We went to this place, based on reviews, but were disappointed. for beginners it was empty on a Saturday night at 19 o'clock. the service was extremely slow, especially since nobody was there. the appetizers were not good. we had muddles that were huge and chewing and left uneaten. pasta should be fresh and made in the house. it was from a box and far from fresh. all eating was extremely salty and the water was not filled. we will not be back and do not recommend.

That was terrible experience. we were in this restaurant and never had such experience. they were understated. we sat well 10-15 minutes before someone else came by to get our drink order. we ordered our food and it 50 minutes before we got it. No one checked if everything was good or if we needed anything. parts of our order were hardly warm, not great. my man was really upset. we were ready to go and waited again at least 10 minutes so that someone is around so that we could ask our back. breakfast or brunch should not take two hours! poor service leads to people not returning. really disappointing!

We were there on a quiet evening. Both food and service were very good. The ambience was very pleasant. My martini was quite good as well. We will be returning.
