Chili's Grill - Battle Creek

Unfortunately, our visit on 12/3 was not as impressive in terms of service. I had to fetch my own silverware and straw after requesting them twice. We only saw our server about every 20 minutes and received more attention from the staff bringing out the food. In hindsight, we wish we had requested a different section for a better dining experience.

My experience at the BC Chili's is only tainted by the number of staff, some days. Food is always good. Staff is always great. The only problem is the number of staff working. I think they changed something up to increase money making potential of thosewho are working and sometimes to the detriment of customers. It takes longer to get food and service. Not everyday, but some.

Would not recommend going to the restaurant ever. Wait staff was okay but the kitchen was awful. I ordered one of the bacon burgers and they didn't put any bacon on it and sent it out because they had no bacon and didn't tell me hoping I wouldn'tnotice. Took over an hour and a half to get my food. Should have realized before I went in that no one was there on a Saturdaynight. Wonder why..... but my kid did like his pizza so I guess 1 star is OK.

The service was excellent and the food was even more delicious. I love Chili's.

I have been dining at this Chilis for some time now and have never had any issues. However, tonight I had a negative experience with the manager. When I mentioned that we were ready to order along with our drinks, she responded in a rude manner, stating, "Do I look like your server? No, I don't want to take your order." I found this to be very disrespectful and believe it could have been expressed in a more polite way.
