Wendy's - Baton Rouge

Not 1 customer in the business, but still sat in the drive thru 10 plus minutes before departing without ever being helped!

Got food poisoning from chicken nuggets. Am positive as to the source because that was the only meal I had that day. The day after I had severe stomach cramping, nausea, I was lightheaded, dizzy, severe diarrhea, fatigued, and feverish. Stomach cramping was so intense that it knock the breath out of me. Unable to eat for the whole day following eating the chicken nuggets.

Placed a mobile order. Asked the guy at the window if it was the correct stuff and asked him to check. Rookie mistake. I definitely should have checked my bag before driving home but I was in a rush. I ordered a 10 pc nugget meal and a plain daves combo. I received 8 SPICY nuggets (ordered ten regular) and some kind of bacon double fried onions burger. Tried to call the store and no one would answer. Now I have to figure out lunch from somewhere else. Won’t be going back.

Waited so long for my food with no line. Didn't ask about sauces, rude worker. Totally ridiculous

Love the dining experience there. Employees are very friendly n thoughtful..
