La Carreta Mid City - Baton Rouge

I'm here twice. I love her cauliflower tacos. During my first visit back in June, they had buffalo chicken tacos that were also delicious. Unfortunately, they were for a limited time, but hopefully they bring them back. I was just here for the tacos, so I can't say how the other food is. The margaritas and chips salsa were also good. The first picture comes from my first visit in June, the last taco is the buffalo chicken. You can also see it better on the plate opposite my first taco. The second picture is my recent visit on 30 November. The other tacos are the steak and the cauliflower. Margarita was strawberry, I think. I originally had another taste, but it was watery, so I switched it for the pictured.

Always so good! Carne Asada was steaming and sizzling!!

It was a quiet hour, but eating rousing like a big party

I enjoyed my time here on a date. Very clean and airy atmosphere. My server was very familiar with the menu and was attentive to my needs during the meal. The ladies toilet was clean and modern. I loved how hygienic it was. The food I had was delicious, as well as the presentation on the plate, and the frozen mango margarita was on the point. I will definitely be back this year to visit again.

Great food, my fave is the taco salad. Great staff, always welcoming and friendly. BEST MARGARITAS! Go get you one... Or 3
