Jack In The Box - Baton Rouge

This place has many problems. When I reached the counter, neither the 2 counter server acknowledges me. I stood right in front of them, and all they did was Chit-Chat between the two. I didn't say anything, just waited for how long it would take before one of them would recognize me. After about 10 min. They started pulling out their money drawer to change shifts. During this shift, there was nothing but chaos. A person has long been complaining about an employee in the relaxation room. Another one complains about overtime. For the last 15 minutes. I was the only person waiting for it. While people come and set up a line behind me. At last 20 minutes later, I was finally asked if I had helped. I gave my order,

The food was very good. The staff were not very friendly for you, unless you were of dark color. There were several people, including employees who were very loud and disturbed. The area of this restaurant is very sketched. Don't be surprised to be addressed by homeless people outside. Food: 4/5

Very long line. It takes forever to get tacos. The line doesn't move. Only when people leave the line. It took 1 hour to get 2 tacos. Parking: There is a lot of parking.

PAY EXTRA ATTENTION: The woman in the window has completed my debit card. When I said I didn't get it back, I gave the advantage of doubt by pulling up to get into my wallet and car as well as the bag. When I went back to her, she and I told CONFIDENTLY quote “oh I would have given it to the wrong person”. There was only one car behind me that didn't even go because I blocked the road as I saw and absolutely no line when I came. Not sure why someone even bothers stealing a card that could easily be cancelled. I'm still waiting to get in touch with the company.

Brenda at the drive-thru was the best! Efficient, friendly, and easily the sharpest Jack in the Box employee I’ve ever encountered. I literally pulled around to a space so I could leave a positive review. Impressive service and hot, delicious food.Parking: Corner location with plenty of spots during the lunch hour rush.
