Ihop - Baton Rouge

The waitress forgot what my friend and I was drinking, she came back 30 mins later to ask what we were drinking and what we ordered. It took over an hour to get our pancakes and to go order. The manager tried to say it was the kitchens fault that they were backed up but honestly, I think the waitress forgot our order. So the waitress forgot our food and the manager blamed the kitchen and didn't even offer anything for the wasted time we were there or the fact we were about starving when we finally got or food. I would say that this I Hop is one to avoid.

This is still a popular place to visit no matter which location. I got my meal and went on to gamble with a full stomach.

There was no management at the store at all, no support for the 5 people working the entire establishment (who did a good job considering that it was severely understaffed), no one to help us or anybody else check in another customer took over putting people on the waitlist! The place was actually very clean, which was surprising, so kudos to the staff who were actually at work. Seriously consider going somewhere else before coming here.

In all reality these ppl need to be shut down. I called yesterday ordered my food the girl sounded drunk. So, I had to get out and wait 10 mins for someone to help me then it took her 30 mins to get my order right.They told me come back they’ll give me all 3 of my meals free. I called said I was on the way I only want 1 order to go im going to sit in eat the rest so I don’t have any complaints on the food being cold. When I arrived she had already fixed all the food and it took me 2hrs to get there so that was completely froze. She sat us down said she’ll fix the meals keep everything else. She bought the food out the back cold again. The manger continuously rolled her eyes complained about the mistakes they made. Finally, a waiter stepped up got us drinks which we were never offered she took all the food remade everything the manger came out the back yelling I fixed their food !!!

Slow service and I found a hair in my food. Waited twenty minutes for server to come back and get my card for payment.
