Captain D's Seafood - Batesville

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, thinking that everyone has a bad day. So I waited to give my review. They just can't seem to get it together. Having to wait for 20 minutes up along the side of the building is ridiculous I was originally in drive-thru but shehad me pull up to wait for fries and hush puppies. No attitude from me. I just won't go back.

The food was great, but, the service left something to be desired. We waited at least 10 minutes while our order sat on the window from the kitchen while the young lady working the front counter was busy chatting and joking with customers that came in after us. Finally someone from the kitchen came out front to give us our food.

The food was delicious better than some of food we had on the Gulf

Bad customer service and everything takes almost 30 minutes to be served. Tables, bathrooms and floors were filthy. By the time I got my food it was cold because they had it in the window for 15 minutes while they finished making something in the back.

People are rude and unfriendly. You literally have to ask them for each individual item and they still end up missing something every time.
