Arby's - Batesville

Fast and friendly, exactly what you look for on a road trip!

Lunch ruined due to asking for extra horsey sauce for fries and getting a bunch of Arby's sauce. I don't care for Arby's sauce and want horsey sauce for my fries and for my sandwiches. Wasn't happy that you order one thing and nobody listens.

I broke down on the highway and was towed into town. I was hungry and I walked over to the Arby's near the hotel. The young ladies working there that night were phenomenal. The lobby was closed but they still served me and my stepdaughter. We had a very rough day and when I told them what was going on with my car, they took the time to recommend a local tire and auto place. I cannot say enough great things about them and the food was hot and fresh as well. Thank you again ladies!! You are appreciated

Went for breakfast but they do not serve breakfast any longer. Thought they used to. Don't have coffee any longer. We didn't stay.

I'd rather eat gas station food than get cold food, missed items and attitude from kids that clearly didn't get taught the basics of respect nor customer service. I guess that's what you get for expecting high school children to push buttons, smile and not think they're cute.
