Hasushia - Bat Yam

I like ordering from this branch but my last order was disappointing, it took an hour and a half to arrive!!! No one called to explain or apologize, I had to call 3 time and got the same answer every time: “the delivery guy is on his way”. Needless to say he wasn’t. No compensation, no apologies. Sorry to say that I won’t be ordering from them again.

Something bad is happening to this place lately: take away sometimes doesn't come as ordered, the sauces are missing like every time

Appaling, abslutely discusting service! asked without avocado because i have an allergy, yet they still gave us avocado, called them to notify that they have made a wrong order and they said that if we don 't like it we can order from a different place and that they have nothing to do about it . Luckily, we noticed and avoided a terrible accident. The tone of voice that weve come across was absolutely unacceptable. Besides that, the portions of the sushi came extremely small. An 8 piece of sushi came in a 6.5 by 4 inch box! Such sizes didn 't suit us as we were a group of 4 people. We were extremely disappoimted and underwhmed and certainly won 't order from this place again and don 't recommend it for anyone else too.
