Bidrage med feedbackI was at this place for the first time the other day. omg it was delicious! hands down my new favorite pizza place. I'm gluten-free, so I told my bf that I wanted only one bit from his disc. two discs later. Now I can't stop thinking about the place. lol hooked!
We thought the two for one pizza deal for Wednesday would be great, but it was awful. The crust, which I had hoped would be the same as their buns, was like cardboard, it was over baked, and the toppings were thin and tasteless. I had the gluten free, which was worse than the one my husband got. I won't be wasting my money there again on pizza. By the way, their gluten free buns are great. They should put the pizza sauce and cheese onto a split bun. That would be good.
It wasn't for me. The employee was very nice and friendly. My pizza was burnt on the bottom, and a lot of black ash was coming off. I didn't enjoy the toppings, the cheese was yellow, very small pizza for a large. My daughter loved it. As for me, nope, sorry. Too expensive for what you received. I would recommend MOD pizza in Austin if you want a woodfire pizza. I hope they improve, and make the pizza better. I say these things because they are true, and not to complain.
There were six of us and no complaints. We will be back. Service was fast and very friendly. They don't have a liquor license yet but there is beer and wine next door. I will be ordering delivery this winter. Best pizza in Bastrop. Reasonable prices.
The ownership change at this place was very unfortunate. Consilina used to have pretty amazing NY style pizza. The owner has clearly been trying hard to drum up business lately as he sends out great offers consistently, so I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order through their required app Slice . I found that the app worked great but the menu was very confusing to navigate. I couldn 't even build my own pizza, so I chose one of the default house pizza options. I also placed well done in the special requests section as I prefer my pizza to be on the crispy end. I also ordered 6 wings, also well done. When I got to the location to pick up at the estimated time, my pizza was just going in the oven. There wasn 't anyone else there so I figured it wouldn 't take long. After waiting almost 20 more minutes, my food was handed over. What I received was pizza that I would equate most closely to Cici 's quality. The crust was still somewhat raw on the bottom and tasted like mostly cornmeal. The toppings were very bland and clearly low quality. The oven was not nearly hot enough as a pizza should not take 15+ minutes to cook in a wood fired oven. The wings were no better. They had likely been streaming in their box for some time as the skin was complete mush. This place needs to get it together quickly or it won 't be around long. Till then, I 'll stick to Domino 's
