Bidrage med feedbackVery good restaurant, which aims (and frôle ! Michelin Star: reasonable prices for balanced dishes, rich in flavors and with a hint of creativity. During our tasting menu, all dishes were delicious (special node for the entrance espadon gravlax **** Mary path and the fun mouth Poireaux-Passion, with a small false note for a small dry poultry... With some adjustments, this restaurant will be ready and worthy to receive the star, and in the meantime there remains one of the best addresses of Saint Florent!
Merit a Michelin. Very good cuisine, inventive, well presented with attentive service. The dessert was also very delicate (which is rare with a beautiful execution of salty dishes). Just a dish: the menu was a little frugal.
The best restaurant we made in Corsica (and we did a lot) He would certainly deserve a star. Even if the location does not pay a mine, I advise you to push the doors of this restaurant where everything in the plate puts the taste buds awake but also where the service is impeccable! The value/price ratio is really good: 55€ for the discovery menu is perhaps a little more expensive than another restaurant, but it is worth a lot for quality. We had already come last year and this year reserved our accommodation not to be too far.. That's the enthusiasm we had to come back. This year we returned twice and were not disappointed. A pleasant restaurant on the port of Saint-Florent, the tasting menus are very good and the setting is nice. I recommend their perfect cooking egg, and dessert the Nonza cake
We came before taking the boat to get back to the continent, and what a beautiful address we discovered! The dishes were succulent, the perfect seasonings! One without fault! Careful service and very pleasant staff! We will return to see you on our next holiday in Corsica! We can't wait.
