Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Bartow

The smoothies are great and the sandwiches are great....I see why so many people have left negative reviews based on service and the lack of being greeted. I walked in and was the only person in there other than the 2 girls working, neither girl greeted me or even cared to pay much attention that I was even there. Once she finally did come and take my order everything went pretty smooth but all communication was off after that. Too bad the service is what it is or buisness would probably be booming for you guys.

I didn’t want to give it a 1 star but I guess I had to rate it.Bartow tropical smoothie has truly in all honesty Fallin off.The amount off flies flying around today was absolutely unacceptable the smell was over powering the smell off food .I don’t ever recall this exact location ever seeming so down like this this is crazy I can’t believe this I still smell the smell as I sit in my car and type

Our favorite smoothie place...my Peanut Butter Paridise was prefect as usual and the sandwiches perfect as usual...

Stopped by here when we came for out of town appt. We love the hummus veggie wraps and peanut butter banana granola flat breads. Thanks to Mary for the totally amazing food. It was delicious. You don’t always get that with every location. This team is a good one. Some keepers. Keep up the good work. As well as my husband said that they make one of the best peanut paradise smoothies that he has ever had. And I would like to add: why are all of the tropical smoothies so short staffed. All of the locations used to be pretty all over great. Now it’s a dime a dozen.

Got 2 cards several years ago. Filled one up and 2 short on the second one, called them up to make sure they will honor them. Tropical cafe smoothie un Bartow said they will not honor their own stamped by 10 get 1 free card.
