Bidrage med feedbackSo, it was pre Christmas and you want to celebrate it with friends with soul food.. head to Thai cuisine...<br/ Tom yum Thai is an easily accessible place in Indiranagar with seating inside and outside .. we of course chose the outside ambiance.. it's so cool inside as well..(check my pics to see Buddha celebrate with a Christmas tree inside <br/ We ordered Diced chicken in oyster sauce and cashew, Thai green Curry, Prawn fried rice, and some Som Tam papaya salad a s starters.. well the food was just awesome.. everything tasted perfect...<br/ the service was ok but the bad part was the construction going on in the neighborhood.. not their fault completely though..
This was a discovery when I was digging through reviews and places for good Thai in the city, since I am a big fan of it. Being a group of 4, we ordered chicken wrapped in pandan leaves, phad thai, the raw papaya salad, prawn green curry with sticky rice. The food served here will make you wish you could take the cook's delicate flavours and ingredients back home (perhaps the cook himself herself). Phad Thai was outstanding.<br <br Ambience isn't such a big plus, but the food and service completely makes up for the lack of it. I love rooftop spaces and the open air ambience absolutely worked for me. The cost was quite reasonable and does not dig a very deep dent in your pocket. <br <br The service was a welcome change. It was neither overwhelming or underwhelming. We asked them for wine and they were sweet enough to buy it for us even though they did not have stock of it. The only suggestion I would have is that their staff should be able to recommend dishes to their customers a skill that they probably lack at the moment. Nevertheless the service was empathetic and very cheerful. <br <br If you are in the mood to eat some authentic Thai made from the heart, with some more heart warming service. This is the place you must try. I'm definitely gonna give Tom yum Thai visits many more times.
Good food, which was very authentic to its roots. The staff were courteous. The ambience and decor are just to the point. Definitely a good and affordable Thai food place in the locality. We ordered the 1. Tom yum soup2. Kao phad kra praow Broccoli3. Thai green curry with steamed rice4. Fried rice with garlic. The food was rich with good flavour of coconut and native thai spices.
It's my favourite place right now. The food is delicious. Their service is again praise worthy. And even though I love the fact its empty most of the time I come. I wish people recognize its value dine out more. The red prawn curry and coconut soup are flavourful and review writing worthy.
We really liked the food over here. A great value for money , We usually try Thai green curry and steamed rice and traditional soup . The ambiance is really nice.
