Ramen Arashi - Banff National Park

Exceptional ramen here! This small restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of Sundance Mall and their ramen dishes are very creamy, flavourful and delicious! The bowls are packed with toppings meaning each bite is full of flavour. The broth is thick and just hits the spot. Portions are decently sized given the price which is on the higher end in my opinion but completely worth it. Interior is small and humid but good enough. Highly recommended!

First of all, this is an affordable place to eat in Banff, which is unique in and of itself! It’s located on the second floor of the Sundance Mall. Their seating area is small, so you may have to wait or plan for takeout. Service was very friendly. We started with the chicken karage, which was delicious. I had the tan tan men ramen, and it was superb! Distinctive peanut/sesame flavor, creamy, and hearty. Perfect dish after a cold day of walking. My partner also really loved his miso tonkatsu ramen. Would definitely stop in again!

The service was exceptional and the ramen here warms the soul! The broth is so flavorful with the bouncy ramen noodles. The bowls are in generous portions and it was so satisfying. We also ordered the Cha Siu rice bowl as an appetizer and it just melts in your mouth! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a hearty and wallet friendly meal.

Great ramen and best chashu pork I’ve ever had! I love their tonkotsu and tantanmen, you could really taste that the broth was simmered for hours. The chashu pork is melt-in-your mouth. Their ramen eggs are also always on point. Service is always warm! This is our go-to place for dinner. Perfect for Banff weather. Price is also very affordable. Tip: pair the ramen broth with chashu pork rice if you’re extra hungry, and try their plum wine!

Came here for lunch. Ambience is okay, service and food were excellent! Everything was flavorful and came quickly. Not easily seen from the streets but there are adequate amount of signs.
