Always slow and unprofessionalFood is always cold and has to be reheated. The staff is so rude you don't wanna even say anything. It's the only one in the area so sad!

If I could give it 0 stars for my experience today I would. I will never eat at this establishment again. They are so unprofessional from the manager who enables the disrespectful behavior to the distasteful drive through workers. I ordered a nugget meal she is going to swear me down that I ordered something different. So when I brought it to her attention politely she looked me up and down and said "No you ordered a number 10. I said no I didn 't. I showed her the receipt back and instead of admitting to her mistake she wants to have a staring contest like what you want me to do. All while the manager is standing there looking and not correcting her for her rudeness. This location has to be a franchise location because there is no way corporate is allowing this type of foolish behavior over an establishment that pays minimum wage. Why would I ask for BBQ sauce to go with a sandwich meal. Instead of offering to make the correct meal she just rudely said do you want a refund cause we can 't take that food back. I 'm the one missing out on money and food what do you have an attitude for. Never again. I left that food right at the window with her nasty attitude. Spare me please!!!! Never again.

You'll be waiting forever before you get your order taken. And then your way forever for your food. Nothing was fast about this place and don't even bother asking for sauce. They'll just give you what they want. There are too many Wendy's in this area to ever visit this one again

Curbside pick up order. Two items from my order were not in the bag. (Always check your bag before leaving because this is not the first time this has happened to me). Then the sausage on my biscuit was burned to a cracker and not edible and then to top it off, the staff was nasty!

I recently visited the drive-thru and encountered a Hispanic male with long hair who had a terrible attitude. When I politely asked for a straw, he started cussing me out. On top of that, the food was served cold. Absolutely unacceptable service.
