A bit overpriced but good food. Great interior and friendly staff.

We wanted to have our rehearsal dinner for our wedding in Fells Point. We were told to work with Barbara Duke from their website for private party. Barbara was helpful till we signed the contract and put down the deposit with her. The food was amazing but Barbara?s service was TERRIBLE and very unprofessional. My review is a bit delayed but I had to share about the AMAZING experience I had at Mezze on New Years Eve. After years of overpriced and overcrowded NYE Events that charged $200 per person to wait in line for half the night, my friends and I decided that we 'd prefer a group dinner. What a lovely experience! we sat upstairs, which has a lovely view out the window and high ceilings. the service was attentive and our waiter was extremely polite. we got a few dishes everything should be shared and it was overall great. This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere with a sophisticated interior. The building and restrooms are consistently clean and attractive. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to suggesting wines and describing the dishes. I have been coming here for special events for a few years and have never been let down. For food recommendations, I highly recommend trying the grape leaves, the octopus, and the chicken kebab - they are all exceptional.
