Mcdonald's - Baltimore

By far the worst mcdonald’s I was ever. the last three times I have tried to dinate here, I was told that they only accept delivery orders that I have never seen, like such an abyss management in any food service scenario, I have no idea how mcdonald’s company allowed to put their names on a restaurant, this cruelly

The place is not much to look at, as it is in a really rough part of the city. They have active construction in the dining room. Ordering is done via touchscreen kiosks. However they are quick to put together an order, and the staff is very friendly.

I don't know why I stopped here. The place is dirty, the workers are screaming across the store at each other. I placed a mobile order, to be ignored at the intercom, and then treated poorly when I had to customize my sandwich. How dare I want a round egg. Maybe yall should stop screaming and listen. The woman working drive thru on 7/29 at 830am has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She is the cause of these messed up orders and long lines

If I could rank 0 stars, I would. This location is TERRIBLE! I’ve visited about a dozens of times, and have only had one standard McDonalds experience. The drive through wait is astonishing, plan on 15 minutes minimum, and then you’ll likely discover your food is cold and stale.This visit they greeted me at the drive through and just left me waiting for over 10 minutes. Never returned. Drove to the window and was ignored. Finally placed an order online, which I started at home before driving to the location, and still nothing. Completely unacceptable. Like another reviewer said, might as well go to Burger King down the street or hit up a convenience store. This location is not open 24 hours as advertises.

Waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes just to get to the speaker and be told it's deliveries only and I couldn't order food. This makes zero sense I have money, they are open and yet I'm not allowed to order food. I tried to get clarification and was ignored. Just go to Taco Bell next door and forget this McDonald's
