Starbucks - Ballwin

The tables were dirty and never got cleaned during the whole time I was there, and an employee was sitting on their laptop at the only booth with a clean table. The nitro cold brew was warm. Not a great Starbucks.

Overall, employees are polite, friendly and do a great job, especially considering how busy they are. I also see them wiping tables frequently. One star off due to Abby's attitude and continuous policing of the fireplace. She is constantly watching to see if the fireplace is on. I have seen her walk by those sitting next to it and shut it off a dozen times. One time a few weeks ago, it was below zero outside and everyone sitting inside was wearing coats. Order ahead option was turned off in the app for some reason and the one sandwich I prefer has been out of stock at all the locations for some reason, so I had to go with my backup choice.

I seem to get poor service every time I go to this Starbucks. The help is rude and very disorganized. Never again.
