They are always busy but you can usually still get a seat. Have the usual on the train $4 per plate) but staff attend to you quickly and ask if you want anything ordered. Sushi actually tastes good and great selection for the kids. I would say they are family friendly ,but had a staff new girl, bigger set and obviously not Japanese) grit her teeth at my child as he nearly dropped his plate. I had to 'gently ' remind her I 'm the parent and of course we are paying for it. Perhaps she shouldn 't work with people? It ruined our experience at the place as we 've never had any issue there previously.
Very plain and boring selection. Like all Sushi Kuni, $4 per plate is ludicrous. Should be priced based on selection but I guess math is too hard? No Tuna, lacklustre Salmon, too much Kewpie and other toppings, some pieces too large to fit in your mouth. Two stars for this establishment.
Unfortunately taking my partner to Byron bay hospital only food she has eaten all day after eating a fresh salmon avacado roll. Vomiting
Staff were friendly but food was appalling, worst sushi train we’ve ever been to. The sushi itself had been left out on the train from the morning/lunch hours so it wasn’t fresh. Had no idea what anything was as there were no signs or labels on the train, after eating two plates saw a couple of flies under one of the lids and on the food so we went and ate somewhere else, put us well off sushi for a while.
