Tim Hortons - Ballantrae

Waited in the slowest drive tru line I've ever been in for 25 mins. Would have backed out if I could. Only for them to get my order wrong.

We usually get our orders right, but the service here tends to be slow.

I have been going to the Ballantrae location for over a year, mainly early mornings. I absolutely love the morning crew. Friendly, fast efficient staff. Always polite and respectful. Everyone at this location, smiles, wishes me a Good Day and Come Again . The Ballantrae Tim Hortons is my favourite for all those reasons. I encourage, if you 're in the area, drive thru. The wonderful crew makes my morning. I work with horses and coffee and smiles starts my day, everyday. Cheers!

A shout out to the wonderful staff at Tim's on Aurora Rd Hwy 48. They always greet with a smile and friendly hello. The Manager, Brooke and Siva, are exceptional in customer service and fast at getting order ready. I am regular (everyday) and at this point, when they see me, they already know my order. I feel like a very valued customer and highly recommend the location to my family and friends. Also a shout out to Roberta, who know my order by memory as well. Very tidy store, always decorated for the various holidays and special promotions. A welcoming location. Great job

I go to Tim Hortons regularly for breakfast and it is a pleasure to go there. I am warmly greeted and it is a clean location with fresh baked goods that are plentiful and available early in the day. Brooke, Siva and the crew are efficient, friendly and provide excellent service.
