We moved to Baldwin 3 years ago and at first Baldwin City Sonic was great however here lately its gone down the toilet. You order bacon on cheeseburgers and dont get it then get accused of lying about bacon. They also put a nasty amount of onion on burgers that dont get ordered that way. That's an added option we NEVER add yet some how there they are. A few days ago it took 45 minutes to get our food because they were severely understaffed. I dont know whats going on there but clearly upper managment needs to step in and fix stuff. Jayden and Hannah are wonderful and always helpful, definitely the best part of going there is them.

Been going here my entire life (25 years) and it's the worst sonic I've ever been to. Unusually long wait times, low quality food, numerous sick days from eating here, and the unhappiest workers. Idk If sonic just hates its employees or what. Most Sonics suck but this one is literal garbage. They always (ALWAYS) forget some part of my meal and I have to loop around. They seem depressed when they come to my car. They are the most uninterested corporate employees I've met so far. Sonic--do better. Your employees hate their jobs and you have the highest employee turnover of any company besides McDildos. Even Subway does better than you. Fix your shit. Sorry excuse for a national company.

This place is literally the worst sonic I've ever been to. The food takes forever, I could easily spend 20 minutes waiting every time. The food is never EVER warm and when it is it's disgusting. For the only place that stays open in Baldwin after 9, they should expect more service, especially from college kids. The only good thing about this sonic is the workers who are always friendly.
