Margo's House At Helios, Balchik

We love everything about this restaurant, from the delicious food to the fast service. We always make sure to visit every summer for many reasons. A big thank you to Margarita!

I have dined at many hotel restaurants, but this one is by far the best! I waited a few days after returning home before writing this review, but my opinion remains the same. The food is excellent, prices are great, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They even invite older children staying at the hotel to join them at the sea on their free time. It is clear that they love their job; they work hard, laugh, and interact with guests in a friendly but professional manner. This level of service is not common in the Baltic countries. Additionally, the entertainment provided by Tony and her talented young musicians is truly amazing. Tony has a beautiful voice and a warm smile, and the way she interacts with both children and adults is perfect. They truly deserve their slogan: the best place! We will definitely be returning.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly, and Margo is a delightful person. If you're in Balchik, make sure to visit Helios Hotel and stop by Margo's house. You will not be disappointed. I give it a 10/10 rating.
