Starbucks - Bakersfield

Gotta be the worst starbucks ever! tried ordering a drink in store they said one hour wait wha a joke

I went to this Starbucks craving a caramel macchiato but it was literally pure milk with caramel around the cup. The wait is so long there was two cars In front of me and I waited about 30 minutes these drinks are soooo not worth your wait.

Cars in long line and by the time I got to the drive-thru window, my hot coffee became cool, already! And this business hours show in the app “ until 11 pm” but in-store already closed at 8 pm. I wanted to go pick up from inside the store. Accurate hours for both drive-in and in-store or lobby hours should be posted on the app.

Fast, got my drink right . Went through drive thru .

I was promised that I get freshly brewed coffee but another employee gave me leftover coffee.
