Ortega's Charburgers - Bakersfield

When I moved to the speaker, there was a car on the window and I noticed that the lady in the drive thru chat with the person on the window while waiting for her order, which is good, but also do your job. When I came into the window, only half of my order had been placed and I had no time to wait for a new order because I had to come back to work. I can't help but feel that if she hadn't smiled everything on the guy's face, she would have got the order right.

I love this place friendly service and good food .. I go there at least once in the week.

It is a good food and a quick service. If you see long lines that tell you to check it. They're on the streets trying to get into the line.

The prices are very good enough food, only today the checkout had no good day. Every other time we have a smile

We stopped at Ortegas for bkfst. My husband and I ordered Bkfst burritos (chorizo and All bkfst meats) the burritos were a good size.. And overall were ok, the hashbrowns were a lil mushy and we were only given one salsa. The service was friendly and overall welcoming... If i ever hit Bakersfield again id give em another try thou. There menu looked good and it seems a lot of people go there because they were busy so that tells me that the locals like it..
