I was disappointed to find that the restaurant did not have baked potatoes available, despite paying for one. Instead, I had to settle for fries with my grilled fish. I was not offered a refund for the difference in price. The fries were stale, and there was only one fork provided for two people. We had to ask for water and were surprised to find out it was the same price as a coke. Overall, I won't be returning to Captain D's. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 5.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The cashier was too busy talking to coworkers to get our order right and didn't give us a receipt to check. They even brought out a piece of paper claiming we didn't pay for an item we ordered. The bill was over $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids, which was ridiculous.
