Bidrage med feedback[Review is for Ramen Nagi + Akimitsu Tendon] Josh visited me after work last Saturday! ???? We decided to have dinner together at SM North or Trinoma, since they are they two malls near my workplace. We were choosing between Denny's (he absolutely loves breakfast food!) and Ramen Nagi + Akimitsu Tendon (he's been craving for tendon for the longest time already). We finally settled for the latter, but since I am not a fan of fried Japanese food, I planned to have ramen instead (since it was soooo rainy that day!). When we got there, the place was packed, and we were 8th in the line -- but we waited anyway. We got in after about 30 minutes. Here's what we got: SALMON SASHIMI (Php 280)- ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We always order salmon sashimi when dining in a Japanese restaurant -- it's our ultimate favorite! ???? Their salmon was fresh and did not have frozen ice crystals, but did not taste as "sweet" as some of the ones we've eaten at other restaurants before. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed it! SUMIRE DON (Php 560)- ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was Josh's order. He has been craving for tendon for the longest time already, and he finally got to eat it! His order had deep-fried anago eel, prawn, and a piece of okoy-like fried thing, all on top of steaming hot Japanese rice. At first bite, I saw how giddy he was -- it must be good. He let me taste the eel, and it was good! The special sauce they drizzle on top is so yummy. All the seafood were very fresh, and the crisp coating gave each piece a great texture. After a while though, Josh said that the sauce was a bit lacking, and the pieces underneath were a bit dry. He'd love it better if only it had more sauce. ???? CRAB KING (Php 460) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love how Ramen Nagi is constantly experimenting on new ramen flavors. This time around, they have the Crab King -- al dente noodles, their signature tonkotsu broth, and deep fried soft shell crab! ???? It was super good! The soft shell crab was fresh and crisp, though it becomes soggy when it stays in the soup fortoo long so make sure to grab a bite as soon as it is served. The broth had a distinct crabby taste which was very flavorful. I enjoyed and loved every slurp of it! ???????? Go try it while it's still on their menu as this is a Limited King only! ???? Service was fast, despite the huge amount of people in the restaurant. I'm glad how they don't compromise when it comes to their service, because it would be such a waste if they will have good food but mediocre service. Overall, I loved our Ramen Nagi + Akimitsu Tendon experience last Saturday! Cheers to good food × awesome service × great company. ???????? #EatDrinkSplurge

Love their ramen, but the thing with this place is you need to eat their food fast (and I am a sloooow eater). I don't know the English term for "nakakaumay", but after eating my bowl, I kinda wanted to eat something else. Too bad you can't take your leftover ramen home :/
Ordered: Ebi Don, Ebi Tempura Set, Spicy Salmon Sashimi, Mango Juice, Coke. Food: Average Serving: Just okay Money: Overpriced (For the quality and taste) Ambience: Not so good Service: Not so good Will return: Maybe (Just to try their famous ramen)
When i heard about Ramen Nagi's limited edition bowls where they infuse Filipino and Japanese cuisine together, I got really excited! And considering I dont eat spicy food and beef, I was left with the Binagoongan King! And I loved it! It was not salty as what I thought it would be. The thick flavorful soup was perfect for the rainy season. The seared eggplant, tomato, and lechon kawali were surprisingly a good ramen match.
