It's a little long anyway. I arrive at your restaurant at 8:30 am to receive my order, you are in the kitchen and look a little in the alley, the room and the counter in brothel mode, the folded tablecloths everywhere, the kitchen equipment that jigles the counter, a big storage effort and to do, even if you were more in take-away mode. I receive my order and I leave (very pleasant reception). I'm going home and ready to eat my meal. Cold fries (I live in the city center of the nemours so 5 minutes to return from the restaurant) I should think, check your package for fries for what's hot longer. We taste our burgers of very good low fries despite their low temperatures are good and of very good quality. Finally, it is a very good address, just miss, a little organisation to be an excellent address. I strongly recommend encouraging them to persevere and be up to their kitchen in all areas.
A avoid , no egume , no wine (serious) near the door with fresh air in summer it goes but in winter!!! ... very bad served in fries ... avoid. I'm an irrespective client.

A new address in our region that deserves to be known. First we have to find the place, an old pizzeria in front of an hlm... we wouldn't necessarily think of entering. We'd be wrong! The map is short (like I like) and offers excellent farm products from the region, highlighted by a carefully worked vegetable accompaniment. The boss is assisted in the kitchen and in the hall by young people in training. A little indulgence is for service. And at the end of the day an excellent meal, fresh, tasteful, authenticity, for a more than reasonable addition.
The habit does not make the monk. The outside is far from reflecting the love and passion of the kitchen felt by eating. excellent from the entrance to the dessert. I went to eat with my son, exceptional products (viandes, fish). Local producers for fruits and vegetables.. Push the door, you won't regret it. Thank you for this good kitchen...
