Pizza Hut - Baden

Pizza is normal in taste, but the workers I have interacted with in the 5 times I ordered were kind. it really makes a difference

They were running a little behind but the manager was great. He gave us a break on the cost and then did all he could do to get our order completed. We had ordered 6 pies and they all tasted great and were very fresh since they had just come out of the oven. Great experience!!

This is our second time ordering from that pizza hut location and normally we have no problems from any other pizza hut, but the last 2 times we have ordered the food hasn't been right and was a little gross. The pizza is always good but its never well done its somewhat doughy each time and we do mention in the comments to have it well done we like it crispier, the wings were fatty and mushy, and the breadsticks had no flavor at all they were just plain bread.

It would have been nice if the 2 garlic dipping sauces I ordered, and paid for, would have been included in my order. Not happy with that.

Staff members gave my order out to another customer, and they gave my family member (who was picking it up) a hard time about listening to what she was trying to say to them. She had to demand him come to the window to even listen to what she had to say.
