Jungborn - Bad Sobernheim

My wife and I and 3 close friends enjoyed the tasting menu in this 1 star michelin restaurant at the bollants hotel and spa. the eating was excellent at the beginning with 4 amuse bouche and ended 3 hours later with a fabulous cheese car. every cure. in between was delicious and imaginative. the wine list was super and very expensive. this beautiful restaurant is also occupied by a cadre of charming and highly professional waiting people. my wife agrees that this was really the best restaurant experience we ever had in Germany!

Eating is excellent. team is very professional. very unforgettable dinner with beautiful ambiente. flexible kitchen that offers a good alternative if something does not fit them from the menu. highly recommended.
