This restaurant attracts me especially because of its cultural events. Live music events and readings. If I order something to eat, it's definitely good. I don't have to get out.

Café Ludwig is an authentic place – the old building has a rather inconspicuous facade, inside revealing deep dark wooden beams of medieval origin. Original wooden tables and a collection of decoration create a very cozy atmosphere in the cornered rooms. The card offers more simple food than gourmet goods. But the hostess offers us her fresh potato soup. It's cost-effective and is brought in a huge proportion. And in an old Holsteiner style, she is not a cream soup, but you can see what's in it – of course also decent sausage and bacon. Strong beer, defensive food – here you get tired.

And even today I like to go there with my mother. There's always something going on at Café Ludwigs. Often there are events with groups or, for example, an absolute highlight of the performance of a Peter Maffay Double, just before Peter Maffay actually gives a concert in Bad Segeberg. And the whole thing in a café that really cannot convince by size. For this, it is convinced with freshly ground delicious coffee, with freshly prepared dishes, small map, but all super tasty and the portions huge, also very inexpensive. Often a great menu is offered, there are all you can drink, etc. Evi's never to think about new ideas.
