It is an old sitte of me to consume a neat piece of meat at the famous fast days like ash Wednesday. at my last visit in a restaurant in the neighbourhood I noticed the steakhaus b306 and visited it today. the b306 is located in the pedestrian zone, access is flattering, parking is only close to the public. service I was kindly received and got my reserved table assigned. it came the card and enough time to select a drink. now it comes: the chef(? came with a kind of cheese bell under which 3 raw 300gr steaks lay. he explained very dedicated, detailed and competent the differences between the 3 pieces meat and was also open to ask. after my choice of meat, size, degree and supplement it didn't take long until my food came. there were several wondering if everything is in order. they felt well advised. the conclusion would have been a snapshot in the house, but I did not give up my license. Perfect, 5 stars eating the offer is mainly steak and citizens, there are also a few children and Ali dishes, it would inflate the frame to describe everything here. they can be consulted and selected. I chose 400gr us stripolin steak to 30.90, as included supplement I chose to spekbohnen. the meat was perfect on the point (above fried, juicy, with a delicious spicy crust. there were some crispy butter and celestial merrettich. every sose would be frevel on the flesh. the beans were nicely crisp and also well seasoned. perfect. there is still a huge drink offer, including many craft beer, as the choice is difficult. I could only test a camba dark side. To the end there would have been a snap on the house, but my guide license did not exist. The rooms are very original, partly arched, many texmex decorations, but all harmonious. very cozy, here they like to stay longer. Five stars. cleanliness nothing special than 4 stars, but only to show that I not only give 5 times 5 stars. to the sum this has no influence. plv is not cheap to eat here, but the quality justifies the price of eating. 4.5 star conclusion of the b306 is definitely worth a visit and I will definitely be back in the frame of my stay here, especially since I want to try another piece of meat, possibly then a (yes even larger piece).
