Beautiful hotel in the center of Bacalar, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, the pool is not heated, the hotel service is good and attentive. The food is normal it could improve.

Es un hermoso hotel. Nos gustó muchisimo. El servicio y atención son de primera, las habitaciones muy lindas. La comida muy sabrosa y bien presentada. Porciones generosas. Muy bien ubicado y tiene mucho caracter. La decoración es exquisita. Se ve el cariño que le pusieron a cada detalle. Sin duda volveremos. Vale mucho la pena. Gracias Casa hormiga!! Los felicito. Comfortable walking distance to the lake and a few restaurants. Wonderful construction incorporating trees rather than cutting them down. Friendly staff.
