Bidrage med feedbackI went into the store when it was still hours from closing not last minute, two other people were in there who already had their orders and it wasn’t busy, I waited at the register for someone to take my order, multiple workers saw me waiting for 5 minutes. I even tried to say things to get their attention but they just ignored me and went in the back, this isn’t the first time having problems with this store, many times they mess up my order, but just blatantly ignoring me is proof of how much these employees don’t care
This location is the worst I have ever dealt with. Constantly out of products, always given the wrong drinks, have to repeat orders three times etc. Millennial attitudes and still waiting on an answer from management regarding rude service. Was given a meal literally stuffed in a bag,coffee always leaks etc. If I could give a negative zero I wouldRESPONSE TO THE MANAGERI HAVE called customer service WEEKLY since JULY 2023. They also attempted to call you with NO response.
We had 'crispy ' chicken wraps, the lettuce was old and slimy. I had to take the lettuce out and throw it away, however the wrap held the flavour. Hubby also had chili, which was more like soup of some sort. Waste of a hard earned $25, will not be returning to that location.
Extremely uneducated employees! Girl redeemed my reward points and charged me for coffee. Today I went back there again and I explained everything, and this young guy says “I’M VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT “and then he says 2 for my today’s coffee order? How about a little bit of respect and say: “Sir, today’s coffee is on the house because we overcharged you?” He puts a little smiley face on my coffee lid, while his face looks like death?Ridiculous location and customer satisfaction!!!
Nice place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. But the students are very unfriendly that come to that tim Hortons in eylmer
