Employees were great, working hard and efficiently. SYSTEM is the problem. I ordered via the app and paid ahead of time. BUT when you arrive, the rack that is supposed to have completed orders is empty. They are kept behind the counter. No problem if someone would acknowledge your existence and just hand you your subs. Mine were ready and just sitting there while people who came in after me, stood in line, ordered, had sub made and paid while I and 2 other people whose subs were ready stood there dumbfounded. WHY TAKE ORDERS OVER THE APP IF YIUR SYSTEM IS SO BAD!!! We each had to be rude and cut in to be acknowledged and get our food. Go to Jersey Mike 's, OBSERVE. 3 teenagers who spent the entire time I was there bickering about the fact that none of them wanted to work and arguing over who should do what.. they didn't have half of what was on the menu.. and they were making inappropriate jokes about customers as the left..
