Fantastic when you go to Austin City Limits Live. The whole hotel was very dark, that's my only complaint. Rooms, living area, restaurant, view to the area all very dark. But the service was fantastic, the staff was great, the rooms and the grounds were clean! Super quiet at night! Note that it's only $55 per night. Activities nearby: Austin City Limits Live is literally right next door. Security: The elevator needs a room key. Walkability: Near restaurants and things to do.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I spent one night in Austin for work-related importance. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, modern furnishings it is decent for those who like this style. The rooms work clean and well maintained, as I felt a little smaller. The restaurant downstairs was very good. I wasn't triller when someone knocked at my door in the evening and like an employee who offered chocolate in water, but when I asked who he was, he said he didn't know how to speak English. It wasn't good. Parking was only Valet and $55 a day, I said was a little too expensive. Pool and pool deck work closed for maintenance, but I saw no maintenance happened. Not bad, but not especially at the price.

Mike and Jordan were super helpful in planning a Valentine's Day surprise for my girlfriend and deliver stuff in their room. They went out to help! Recommend every stay here, customer service is amazing

Your place is excellent, I enjoyed my stay. The only problem I had was the shower, too much air, low pressure and took extra long time. But the lounge area is really cool.

Great stay...room was very spacious and bed was heavenly. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. But, we have to mention Jordan, at the front desk...she went above and beyond. My husband and I returned from dinner and he decided he wanted cookies, or something sweet, before we went back up to our room. He spoke to Jordan and asked her if they had a pack of cookies he could purchase...Jordan mentioned she could get him cookies, she went to the back and came back with a box containing six, fresh out of the oven, home-made cookies! Who does that????? My husband would have been happy with a two-pack of Oreos, so we were absolutely blown away! Thank you, Jordan. Your gesture went a LONG way. Thank you!
