The Juicy Crab - Austell

First time at this location I was so excited only to be let down. They false advertising about dine in only 10.99 1/2 pound shrimp and sausage one potato and one corn. The waitress came with the bill and charge me 14.99 the normal price. Ask for manger and young lady came and said I had alcohol beverage and it's has a tax on it. What does that have to with you'll guys deal that clearly says 10.99. Never said sorry never gave the 4 dollars and some change off. The waitress was nice ,but could just give her 2 dollars because of mangerment. Sorry I work in retail could never do this to customers. Back we go to tasty crab ?

Great food. Amazing service! Claire was very attentive with positive attitudes. Her menu knowledge and recommendations were also on point!

Music is interesting. It was sad ish. Like Granny’s playlist Bar is so so. Drinks are suuuuper sweet. I chose not to order anything with grenadine OJ and Henny. I would love a decent glass of wine. Barefoot Chardonnay was warm so I just had tequila and soda. But Claire was a delight. she’s a keeper! She made the experience great. Food was good

Our server Claire was phenomenal! She keep checking on us and making sure we were great.. She treated us like family! We need more servers like Claire!! Claire thank you so much for making our day and treating us so good I will definitely be back for your service… If you want a great experience ask for Claire!!!

I ordered my food online. When I came in to pick up my order, it took 15 minutes for someone to greet me and check on my order. While I was waiting, I noticed an employee on her phone but never looked in my direction. A couple of employees passed without saying a word. Overall, the food was great! It was the 15 minutes of me just standing there that made me give this review, one star.
