Red Lobster Aurora Route 59

It's what you would expect from the Red Lobster chain. It's good, the restaurant is clean and appears to be well maintained. The food was good and the staff was very friendly, providing good service.

Food was good. One of our five entree orders was missed by the kitchen so it didn 't come out until the rest of us were half finished. Other than a "sorry "nothing was done about it. Not our typical experience here, so a bit disappointed in the service.

As always, the food was well prepared and tasty. Service was excellent from Derek and the manager, Oscar. My wife and I like how the menu has changed and that you can make your own entree combinations.

We always have a good experience at this Red Lobster restaurant, especially if Byron is our server. We are always served efficiently, professionally, and in a friendly manner. The food is well prepared, and there is was no delay. We will be back.

Food was good.. the only inconvenience was that we had to wait almost half hour long even though we had made a reservation through open table, we even arrived 10 minutes before. So, what's the point of making a reservation in advance if you still have to wait that long.
