Café food and the environment here is super good. it's so delicious. service is typically via par. it has a cool interieur.

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to, the owner always provides a great experience. He always has a positive attitude. I recommend you stop in and buy a coffee! It'll make your day!

Terrible customer service! I ordered a salted caramel frappuccino and instead received a chocolate frappuccino with caramel on top. When I explained that I was allergic to chocolate and requested the correct drink, the server was very rude and refused to remake it. She also refused to give me a refund or inform the manager. This type of service does not align with the Starbucks brand image. Note: this is not a Starbucks store.

I received the worst customer service at this shopping center restaurant and will never spend my money there again.

I was very disappointed during my recent visit to this restaurant. I ordered a strawberry and cream frappuccino and informed the owner that I did not like it. I requested a refund or a different item, but he insisted that in his six years of experience, no one had ever requested a refund for a disliked item. Our argument lasted for an hour, and he refused to give me a refund. This experience was frustrating, as good customer service would have meant accommodating my request and ensuring my satisfaction. I would not recommend this restaurant due to their lack of customer service.
