Chipotle Mexican Grill - Aurora

Hurried during an evening meal, took a bit of time, but that was just because it seemed like there were 1 or 2 new employees there. not her fault, was just very busy. Eating has been properly and efficiently produced food: 5/5

I ordered online for picking up in the hope to avoid the line, but was ignored until the line went. the rice was undercooked. literally crunchy.

Do not try to order any keto dishes here, they do not know their own menus. for a steak ketoshen and they started to add rice. I told her it was the keto bowl and she had no idea what I'm talking about. I showed her the menu on the app and she was still confused and refused to make my bowl, so I just went out.

My experience upon my vist is always fast and friendly and a plus on how clean they maintain there work station even peak visiting times

I love chipotle. But this location (on Havana in Aurora) is absolutely filthy every time I keep hoping it will be different. Whoever manages this location, get it together!!
