Bidrage med feedbackWe got the Pad See Ew and beef noodle soup. The flavor was strong, just like how Thai cooking should be. It leans on the sweeter side which might be because the recipe originates from a specific region of Thailand, or they're catering to the Western taste palates. I docked one star because the floor was sticky and bathroom was...uhh...unkept to say the least. Pretty decent place for take-out.
Very much an OK experience all around at Bua. The tom kha soup was good and authentic tasting but the spice and flavor level of the larb was turned way down so make sure to let them know if you want it Thai spicy. I get it, places like this need to pay the bills by serving things that aren’t actually traditional (ie Sesame Chicken), but it seems like a missed opportunity. Extra charge for rice is always a downer, and level of service was very much in question. Decor is tastefully done considering the building is a former fast food joint. So so, la la.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available
Consistently tasty. Some dishes such as the tea leaf salad are definitely Burmese, and that’s a very good thing! Burmese food is underrated! The whole fried Tom yum fish is a delight. Highly recommend. Will be back again and againFood: 5/5
Staying at a motel across the street and was very excited to see a Thai restaurant close. I went lite tonight, Tom Kah soup and Mango with Sticky Rice. Both were terrific. I had to stop eating my soup half way through because my desert came and didn’t want it to get cold. Thai Tea was really good as well.Food: 5/5
Everything I’ve had here is incredible. Perfectly balanced variety of flavors and textures in each dish. This is the authentic Thai food I’ve been searching for since I left Thailand. The service and ambiance just add another level of goodness to the whole experience.Food: 5/5
