The best staff! Feels like family. Come in on Wednesdays for Trivia! Dave is the BEST host!! Their food is great. There's never any trouble there; everyone is friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Most of the time I come here the burgers are made exactly to specification. I love the bookmaker burger. The fries are golden, medium sized, crispy outside soft inside. I would give the food a 5 but there have been 2 times that the burgers are way over cooked, I like rare to medium rare. I have found when we go during the busy hours this is when it happens and the wait time is ridiculous. The last time we went when it was busy, we waited 50 minutes for our burgers and there was no apology or acknowledgment about this wait time nor any effort to ammend this. Because of this, my husband doesn't want to return. I continue to go on off hours when it is very slow. During these times the food is excellent as well as the choice of beer. Staff is kind and friendly at the times I choose to go.

I like this place, it's good to eat. prices are above average, expected. $22 for a burger w/ salat and fritten added. the service is very good and the people are nice. also the choices, what to drink is good. However, $37 for 3 local vodkas on the rocks are more than a few dollars extra. $62 a little strange about drinking money for a person is quite spending.

Cool burger place. Great menu. Plenty of choices for burgers and sandwiches. Good size burgers. I had to help my wife finish her Green Chile burger. Always love the option of tater tots with my burger. Only complaint is the the actual burger needed a little more flavor. Pretty plain taste. Good thing there were toppings on the burger to give it some well needed flavor.

Bookmakers has great burgers and very easy to order online. Food was ready on time and pickup was very easy. This is our families go to in SE Aurora for higher end burgers.
