Subway - Aurora

So I have had some issues at this location, first if its not the owners on site the staff seem to have this entitled attitude towards you, not realizing they are in the service industry and the customer shouldn't feel like they are in the wrong if the sandwich isn't up to there standards. Second I always get a Spicy Italian, and it was always 10 pepperoni and 10 salami, but recently I've gotten push back from the staff saying its only 5 of both when i know its not. They really need to do better training at this location.

Came at 8:30 on a Wednesday and doors were locked and closed

Visited today 08/18/2022 around 5pm, and received excellent service from the young man working. He was extremely polite and very kind, and the sub was great too.

I was very hesitant to visit this location based on previous reviews, but I still did. It's excellent, Just like any good subway. Nethan was the name of the cook he made my wrap and it couldn't be any better. Cheers!
