Bidrage med feedbackEven though I saw them constantly cooking fresh fries, mine were cold and most of the fries were hard. I expected better. Maybe I got leftover hard fries, because I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without onions, so they didn't put any vegetables on the burger except 3 dill pickles.
This was horrible stayed in line for over 45 mins as we watch this chic here play in her phone text etc while you have passenger who need to catch flight I wouldn?t have stayed that long if I didn?t need to take my meds awful .. But I guess we as consumer have to take this type of service when there little to no help -0
McDonalds 35687 was the worst experience I've received at McDonald's. It is located in an airport meaning people are moreso in a hurry. We waited 15 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers and 1 medium fry. People who came after us got their food quickly and before us. The employees were touching their face/mouth then touching food. Pulling out their phone. When I politely asked for an update on our food, I was blown off like I was an inconvenience to her. Then when we finally got our food, one of the burgers was missing the meat. So I went back to request a refund and only got $1.59 back. No apologies or anything. Rather than owning up to their mistake, the cashier said that they're always busy. If you are always that busy then you should have been adapted to that. I worked in food service for 10 years so I completely understand the stress and heat of a kitchen and customer service. If it was a big, complicated order then I could understand the delay. However this was unacceptable.
Yikes! Out of food, slow service, good luck getting your mobile order. Coffee service is negligent.
The employees treat you like they are above and customers are peasants.. That's the only way I can explain the service. A manager told them to stop serving coffee because the guest were leaving trash on the counter...
