Do not order DOORDASH from here they dnt even put the food in bags or a sticker to make sure your food isn’t being tampered with!!! Disgusting!! I also won’t be tipping if I dine in any longer because clearly they dnt care about their customers ! I literally always tip 30-40% here but that’s dead now I won’t be leaving anything other than what I supposed to!

Had a game malfunction, and a crew member refused to offer assistance. I had to find two managers to assist. They serviced the game and very politely informed me that the tickets that were earned were lost and there was nothing they were willing to do.

I would give zero stars if I could. Only go here if you want to have a horrible experience. The bowling lane we got was broken and wasted about 15 minutes of our one hour, and we were given no reset. The food was ok, we did enjoy the family meal. The worst part was their arcade area. Nearly half of their games were not working and it would still allow you to swipe your card and waste your money. Even their machines to check your card balance and to trade in cards was broken!!!! Ridiculous! Super rude in the reward area as well. Will never ever come back here.P.S. Don’t believe all these responses from them to the guests. They tell you to contact customer service, but they don’t even reply! That’s just them acting like they care.

My friends and I left this Main Event feeling swindled out of over $150. I had tried to look for clear pricing online beforehand with no luck. So showing up, spending over $150 for three people to play 1 game of laser tag, 1 game of bowling, and broken arcade games was disappointing and frustrating. Our bowling lane kept malfunctioning by not releasing pins or knocking them down before we could play. Many of the arcade games we used credits for ended up not working so we lost those credits. We had reserved a time for the gravity ropes which we had to miss because our bowling lane was only made available at the same time. We asked about how to get a pool table and weren’t given an answer. We all chose the All Activities Package so we could play multiple rounds of laser tag and bowling, but only got to one of each because of long waits and lack of communication. As college kids, it was a significant amount of money for us to spend and lose.

Best place to have fun. So many games to play. Bring the whole family you will not regret it! Prices are great as well!
