The Taco Stand (atascadero)

I recently tried the torta with all the ingredients and it was delicious! This is definitely a place I would recommend for a meal when you're hungry. They have a drive-thru, restroom facilities, and they also speak Spanish. The restaurant has 3 to 4 tables inside and although it's small, I'm not sure how crowded it gets.

This restaurant was a great find with delicious food. I would definitely go back again.

We stopped at the taco stand outside of Home Depot (in the parking lot). The ceviche was excellent, the burritos street tacos very good. The service was pleasant.

The food at this restaurant is average, nothing exceptional. There is nothing particularly memorable that would make you want to return. The tacos were average and the salsas were mediocre at best, lacking flavor and depth. The meats were also lacking in flavor and depth, as if they were not marinated or seasoned properly. With a Mexican restaurant like La Parilla nearby, it would be beneficial for this restaurant to improve their offerings.

I just can't get over them putting lettuce in my nachos. Too pricey for me. Taco Tuesdays are a bit more reasonable but then you get smaller versions of the taco throughout the week. The guy at the drive-thru seems nice the both times I have gone.
