Upcountry Brewing Company - Asheville

This place was recommended by the reception at our hotel. The pork and pork pizza was the best pizza I ever had, and I had a few. The fall was also a cut at the top, not the watered material available elsewhere. Very friendly server. Five stars, sure.

This is not only my first Facebook review at all, but also by far my new favorite spot in Asheville! Management and staff have done a wonderful job to make this facility a fun, welcoming place for the community. Great beer! Great service! Great food! Reliable prices! Such great food and beer is excellent. I really love the porter and the blonde because I'm not a huge hop fan, but my friends swear by all Smashes. Really like the crowd and the staff, very friendly place.

Last weekend, UpCountry held my trial dinner. I think we originally told them 18 people, but we have 32 and they have room for all of us! They went beyond everything. They created our own special menus for guests and made them beautifully printed. We worked with Matt dem Koch and James the managers who were both fantastic. The food, the atmosphere and the staff were perfect. It was a good way to start my wedding weekend. Delicious food. Staff and professional staff. Fun atmosphere. If you think about using this place for a bigger party, do it! They won't be disappointed. Thanks UpCountry!

In Asheville for a couple of days and found Upcountry on-line. Tuesday is open mike night and they had some terrific performers. Great beer and burgers, along with very friendly staff made it a very memorable evening.
